Getting Started

At this site, we welcome Peer to Peer 2.0 users to start a topic or reply to other comments.

1. Start by visiting http://getsatisfaction.com/peer-to-peer2
or click on any of the 'Share your experiences with Peer to Peer 2.0' images throughout the
site.

2. View any of the existing topics by clicking on the 'Show More' link or the title. You can
choose to reply to this comment as well.

3. Choose to Ask a question, Share an idea, Report a problem or Start a discussion. (When
you begin typing in a topic in the box, previous discussions will populate based on tag words.
Choose to view these disucssions or continue with your own topic). Click on the 'Continue and
add details' button.

4. Write your feedback or any coments in the first box. Select a title for your discussion.

5. You can tag your discussion with words, so that any user searching within our Online Forum
can be brought to your comment with similar tag words (see step 2).

Along with the release of 1Q 2009 data, Callahan has recently made over 100 upgrades within the program!

Thank you for all of your feedback about Peer to Peer 2.0! We have already begun incorporating these updates in the program. Do you want the latest release? Updates are made through three simple steps via the Internet. To begin the upgrade process follow these steps and use the instructional links provided:

Step 1: Open the Peer to Peer 2.0 application
Step 2: Click on the Tools menu
Step 2: Select the Check for Software Updates option
